It definitely provides firm shaping. I probably could have gone with the Large/Extra Large and still been perfectly fine, just with slightly less compression.The only minor issue I noticed is that when wearing it under a dress, it can roll up a little at the legs. However, when I wear it with pants, it stays in place perfectly. That may also be because I sized down intentionally for extra hold.Overall, it’s incredibly comfortable for shapewear, well made, and does exactly what it promises. I would absolutely recommend it—just consider how much compression you prefer when choosing your size.
